I reserve the right to decline commissions with or without reason.
I will post the artwork on my socials automatically, including this website. Please let me know if you would not like me to do so or if you would like me to delete the post.
You must order your commission through an order form. Other attempts to commission me will be ignored. You may contact me before your commission for questions, but you must confirm what you want to buy through the order form.
Payment and Refunds
Payment must be in full and upfront.
Payment is done through PayPal. If you are paying for a plushie, you must provide your shipping address through PayPal when buying the plushie. if you are unable to do so, you must provide your address through the order form.
Failure to pay for your commission 30 days after requesting your commission will result in me declining the commission and placing you on a greylist.
I will only begin working on your commission once I receive your payment.
Refunds for a commission depend on the progress made in the artwork. I will frequently update you on the progress of your commission upon completing any milestones and upon request.
If you are considering requesting a refund, it is recommended that you ask for one as soon as possible rather than wait, as I may make progress while you are deciding whether or not to cancel your commission, and I will be strict with the amount that gets refunded.
If I am unable to complete your commission, I will notify you as soon as possible and you will be refunded.
Cancelling your commission does not give you ownership of any files or materials were created for the commission.
Digital Art Refunds The percentage represents the amount you will receive as a refund. For example, if you purchase a colored half-body drawing for $35 and you request a refund after the sketch is complete, you will receive $21 (60% of $35 is $21).

Digital Art Refunds
You will pay for a proof of concept drawing for your plushie before I begin actual work on the plushie. If you do not approve of the sketch of the proof of concept drawing or request a refund before I complete the sketch, you will be refunded 50% of the price for the drawing. Upon approval of the sketch, you cannot receive refunds for the drawing.
As the price of plushies is variable and highly dependent on the specific request, I cannot offer exact percentages for refunds of the plushie price. Refunds are dependent on my work hours and material costs. I will be upfront on these costs after you accept the proof of concept sheet and complete the order form. You will also be refunded for the shipping costs.
For example, if I am charging you $25 for 3D modeling, $3.75 for patterning, $20 for hand embroidery, $60 for sewing, $30 for shipping, and I confirm (with photographic evidence) that I have begun the patterning process, the maximum refund you can receive is $110 ($20+$60+$30). Alternatively, if I have begun the hand embroidery, the maximum refund you can receive if $90.
If I had completed everything and you would no longer like your plushie, you would receive a $30 refund. If your plushie was already shipped, you cannot receive a refund.
The lowest refund I can offer once I get approval for the plushie is the price of the plushie minus the materials costs and fees.
Deadlines and Delivery
Digital art typically takes at most 1 month to complete, usually much faster, but neither is guaranteed. This timeframe is typically extended for complex designs, multiple characters, etc.
Plushies typically take a most 2 months each to complete, but as plushies are highly variable, this is not a solid timeframe.
If you would like to receive your digital art commission in a specific timeframe, you must notify me before I accept your commission. Any deadlines given to me after I accept your commission will be declined.
Deadlines cannot be less than 90 days from when you order a commission.
If I do not complete your artwork by the deadline, you will be refunded according to the progress I have made.
You MAY NOT ask for a deadline for plushie commissions.
Revisions
You may ask for major revisions of the artwork before the lineart process. For sketch commissions, you may ask for major revisions during the pose process.
You may ask for minor revisions during the lineart, color, and shading processes. You may be charged for any major revisions you request at these points in the commission, so it is highly recommended that you ask for these in the sketching/pose process.
Usage and Ownership
Your commission is for personal use only.
You cannot sell the commission or otherwise make profit off of it in any way.
You cannot use the commission to create NFTs, generative AI media, or similar works.
You can repost the commission as long as I am credited.
You cannot remove my signature.
You cannot make major edits to the artwork, including, but not limited to "completing" the artwork using my sketches or lineart, attempting to improve my art, etc.
You may make minor edits to the commission so long as you acknowledge that you edited the art anywhere that you post or present the artwork. I must still be credited with creating the original artwork.
Other people cannot make edits to the commission.
You cannot trace or heavily reference the commission for any reason, including making your own artwork.
You cannot use my artwork for NSFW or lewd purposes, or repost the artwork to any pornographic websites or accounts.
Breaking these rules will revoke your ownership of the artwork and will place you on a blacklist. You will not be refunded.
